Normally 2 slayers would be overkill, but Tiffany and Tracy's competitive nature should even the odds.

We see stunned reaction shots for all three observers in that last panel. Therefore, it's not just an imagine spot for Tiff.

He seemed to be coming under her influence before, and then Tiff snapped him out of it. There could be an immunisation effect - which might even be a plot point.

wonder that too, even in his initial talk with Marine, he liked the singing but was not hypnotized by it, and Marine attracted a male fish LOL

It might have something to do with his feelings for Tracy (i.e. he might have a wandering eye, but his heart belongs to her). Kinda like Kade with Layla, though I'm hoping Dusky isn't nearly as bad.
