Lordoffiling, speaking for myself, I don't hate Abby. In fact I like her. She's not mean at all, and she is extraordinarily brave. If I saw a scythe in a hallway, I'd turn on my heel and go to another floor. :-/

To me the bad part isn't that but that she didn't even consider other options once Pandora turned her down, and as far as we know she told no one what she was going to do. Let's hope she at least left a note next to her body.

I didn't think of that, but you're right. This is rather unselfish (albeit not very bright) of her, which hopefully means some of the Flanderization she's undergone recently will be reversed. I hope this leads to character development. I used to like Abby; maybe after this chapter's over I will again.
