Given reapers seem to possibly have some authority over demons she may not want Alchemy to know about some of her "crimes." Or I would say that except I think she already knows Pandora sneaks into Heaven and she didn't seem to care about that.

I think the evidence to date is that they don't spot the ripe-for-reaping per se. They get sent by control to pick up ones detected centrally (the diePod Deathtracker just means Alchemy can hang around the right area, and doesn't have to dash all the way from across town or whatever - but if it was a genuinely innate ability, she wouldn't need the app).

Also, she REALLY isn't meant to kill anyone directly as we saw last time. Only reap those already on their way out.
