I don't think it works like that for succubi. Remember, this isn't sex for reproduction for them, or even sex for pleasure. This is sex for food. This is how they eat.

Uh, no, males don't become the eggs. The succubus somehow makes him "pregnant" by putting her magical energy into him. This is apparently a very deliberate act, as Pandora and Chloe noted it should be a "special" man to them.

The dangerous part there comes from the baby succubus eventually clawing her way out of the man's body. Presumably if the male is a tough species or gets rapid medical care he could survive it.
