To be honest, given the past experiences I cannot blame Teddy for thinking that Pandora planned everything...

Having thought about it more I gotta agree. Indeed Teddy's line of thought actually makes sense in two senses:

1. He knows Pandora is a master trickster with a noted interest in messing with him, this may simply be how much he RESPECTS that ability that the first conclusion he has is that she planned everything.
2. On a more somber note, he may think so little of himself sexually that he regards Lacey being Pandora as more likely than the idea that a human girl would be so enamored by his genitals that she'd give him a handjob.

I suspect at this point, Alchemy (in male form) may solve Chloe's problem. Alchemy helps Chloe into the bathroom, shifts to male (involumtarily?) when Chloe disrobes, and Chloe's drive starts up again.

Is Teddy being serious or sarcastic? it is kind of hard to tell given his previous intelligence and ability to pick up on the situation.

Pandora is into the long term game and keep in mind Lacy never paid any attention to him until just a few days ago so how could he pick up on signs? And Theodora has Chloe's DNA in her right now so that's probably dropped his intelligence a few points too.

I agree that Teddy is not functioning on all cylinders; especially given that he was quicker on the uptake with Alchemy.

Knowing how devious Pandora is, she used Chloe's menstrual blood and put Teddy into his first menstruation. Wait 'till he discovers a bloody surprise during his next trip to the shower or bathroom. Plus he can forget washing his pajamas back to white. My sister did not take her first period well at all; seems Mother was very vague about monthly effects.

The second reason is super damning when you think only supernatural creatures have been into him and done sexual things to him. (which ends up leading to horrible thing happening to him). So a cheerleader suddenly wanting to give him a handjob after the situation he found himself in is pretty suspect. Honestly at this rate the dude is gonna develop a phobia.
