Pandora was just toying with him. She didn't have to force herself to do any of that. She just wanted to arouse Teddy and delay him long enough for when his Y chromosomes began to reassert themselves.

It's still odd that she's not doing anything. I'm sure she will since she can't torment him if he's dead. well, from what we've been told, fucking teddy to death is considered a natural and normal step in the succubus lifecycle, and not doing so will kill chloe quite horribly. as such, why should pandora interfere with that?

Honestly I think she hasn't fully registered the situation. If she was fully awake she'd do something good or bad at this point. Either she'll snap back quickly and do something in a few moments. Or she'll go back to bed, wake up an hour later and then try to snap into action.

Here's how I see it going down: When Teddy notices that Chloe is acting feral, he will ask Alchemy whats wrong with her. Alchemy will explain how if Chloe doesn't have sex soon, she will die. Teddy, being the nice guy he is, will ultimately sacrifice himself for Chloe so she can survive.

*Tomorrow morning, after a night of depraved, violent sex*

Chloe will wake up sweating and exhausted with Teddy not moving and covered in bite marks and scratches. she will think that she killed Chloe and become distraught for killing the boy she liked. He suddenly begins moving, disoriented and woozy but alive! It seems as though there was a fluke in the soul collection office(The afterlife operates like an office and like an office there will be slip-ups). They both think they are in the clear and hug each other in celebration... then they realize they just fucked each other. They have a little pillow talk about where they go from this and Teddy excuses himself to the bathroom. But suddenly Teddy collapses to the floor clutching his stomach. A pillar of fire suddenly envelops as he screams... he suddenly feels fine, more than fine but Chloe stares at him mouth agape. He ask what is wrong not noticing that he now has wing, horns and a tail. Teddy DeCarlo has become an incubus....

As it turns out, during the tryst, Teddy bit Chloe, consuming some of her blood. This combined with the sexual magick in the air transformed him. So now Chloe no longer has to worry about his soul being damned, because he no longer has one!

The next chapter will deal Chloe and Teddy's relationship and Teddy adjusting to life as a sexual demon. He will have to attent Tartarus Academy. The humor will come when the other succubi students, and Slash-Stab, all want to jump his bones. (Incubi are extremely rare.)

Just one of those 'getting older' puzzles of life, that when one wakes with a full bladder, the priorities of life are 'empty Bladder first!, or suffer damp disaster'.

While the bladder is getting empty, then the ideas for practical humor will percolate through consciousness.

One does wonder what 'other' voyeuristic last moments Alchemy might enjoy capturing on film? And whether she is 'uninvolved' enough to 'help' how hot things are; Perhaps some extra butter for hot body wrestling lubricants?

A swat or two to get people motivated to move?

Well not necessarily interfere but at least watch (given how interested she was in filming Teddy getting a hand job). On the other hand, succubi are allowed an alternative "normal" way of losing their virginity, namely getting a more sturdy being like another demon or an angel to have sex with them. This is what Pandora did, presumably to avoid killing someone.

Interesting theory, but why Tartarus? The only reason Chloe is there is that she became too powerful to control her powers. It might not be the same way for a newly made incubus which would be great since he could be enrolled in Charybdis which means cameos from Eerie Cuties.

My guess would be Tartarus also handles special cases like Incubus Teddy. Then again Slash-Stab might use that as an excuse to play rodeo with him.
