I doubt she had what Naomi believes to be alien technology at her disposal. Now Charity should know better given Prudence's track record.

Wow! I'm surprised that Naomi can be this deep into the supernatural and still be hung up on "aliens" as the explanation. Good to see her having adventures though...

I think this is one of those "times" where we the reader make up the story. More than likely it was Naomi's doing since it goes against Prudence's angelic nature to pull pranks. Strangely enough Gabriel's reaction is calmer than one might normally have. Perhaps attending Artemis Academy as well as parties hosted by Faith make her no stranger to magical weirdness and nudity.

I think that's more an artifact of us only getting single screens of these various adventures, leaving us to wonder just how various things happened and thus imagining they were amazingly interesting. If we only got a single image showing the various Chloe/Teddy adventures it would have a similar effect (Teddy turning into a Chloe lookalike, Teddy "dying," Chloe breaking up couples, Teddy fighting lost souls and so on).
