Among the many problems I have with this ending: This doesn't exactly mix well with Eerie Cuties, what with the time skip and everything.

sometimes endings feel rushed.................................... we never got to know exactly who is the principal, and if Mel and Faith could become friends after all and what about the triangle of Skye-Cerise- callie? and we still have Hekate and also the possible "4 way triangles"? (Ash/Faith/Tiff and Faith/Tiff/Layla)

Among the many problems I have with this ending....

Yeah, this looks like an ... unsatisfying... ending. Lots of stuff simply skipped over or airbrushed away where it doesn't directly centre on Mel(s).

Also, is Cerise using a glamour too, or did the Dark Power entirely wear off on her? I thought the Darkened witches' hair stayed black regardless of what they did to it.

[I would also mention that Light & Dark Mels don't seem so different any more, especially if they're recombining at the drop of a hat, but we know that at least THAT will get a follow-up in the online Kickstarter story.]

There may be some unanswered questions, but not as to how powerful the Principal is considering that Melissa and the coven returned without any protest. I was wondering if it would be revealed that the Principal was actually a manifestation of the wand like the little girl or annoying cheerleader when Dakota wielded it. I still think the Principal and Blair might belong to a secret order of enchanted dolls who keep cryptids and espers in line. Maybe we will find out in one of the extra stories.

Recombining to do the workload of 2 would be challenging, but at least Melissa has secret powers. Rain was doing the same thing and all he could do is moderately shape shift.

This doesn't seem to be the very last strip, so I'm guessing their fates will be addressed. Probably individually, since it's Mel narrating, plus Skye seems to imply that Rain being a boy was a deal-breaker; granted, she was at her most corrupted then, but I'm guessing that Cerise snacking on her just made her nicer about it. I'm hoping we get some resolution with Anastasia and Dakota, personally. I still want a Dakota/Leandro reunion, but that's probably asking too much.

Wait... with this being the ending, I just realized that that cute little kitty, being the only male (?) figure associated with the wand - in fact, the only living male figure with any real power - must be who Mel(/Hekate?) meant by "The Corruptor."

Whatever else happens, I'm just glad to see that vile Charybdis principal taken down a peg.
Did the coven deserve some repercussions for the Tiresias Orb incident? Surely. Did they deserve to be turned into sleeper agents, constantly in danger for their lives? No. Even if it all turned out relatively well, the principal went too far.
