Well this is a surprise, Chloe intentionally deluded herself into thinking what she is seeing is "future Chloe" all so she could defy the control collar. She turned her fantasies into a advantage!

Also Chloe seems a little disappointed that Lucretia didn't get her head blown off.

Would you? Considering what we have seen of succubi like Torrid and Ilsa, Chloe and Pandora whose penchant for pranks makes her angelic by comparison is the best of the bunch. I suppose loyalty to her species is the only reason Chloe does not rat out her classmates to the angels.

Basic Thaumatological Devices (Uses and Abuses) class. She seems to pay attention in theory classes - remember, she worked out some subtleties of Teddy's contract for herself.
