While Chloe managed to do evil (The boy was honest with his girlfriend, so something worked in this relationship. Now, we can't mark her for anything, though), she gets bonus points for doing it in style *and* getting fondled mid-way through it.

After all, a quick vote : Anyone attracted to the female sex present actually feels sorry for that guy at the current moment? Whole/at least 75%-heartedly? And I'm asking this as a person who's really anti-infidelity

It wasn't infidelity though and he did tell his girlfriend the truth.

And i'm guessing Chloe couldn't tell her that was exactly what happened.

Personally I consider whatever two mentally healthy partners agree/compromise on as infidelity.
Obviously the situation was above and beyond his control, though, so you're likely right.
