Woot! Jacqui is back! All is right as rain ... well sorta ... not like the (long) Hiatus part once story over.
Guess one of my speculations was on good! I not check all my post but figured it has to do with something with time travel via the wand ... the girls still wearing all their same cloths.
Also speculated here That Melissa could rescue the others if need be by bending time and space. (back in June).

She might have time traveled to just a few hours after the teleport, or the missing girls might have been able to avoid the fumes of the volcano for these few days but not able to travel outside of the island
nothing has been established to confirm there was a time travel, only that is possible because Cerise did it once
Faith said the land mass plugged the volcano long enough to escape the fumes(seemingly at first read denoting self action, not action of someone else), not "just enough to avoid the fumes until we were rescued"
so the long enough to escape statement is ambiguous toward establishing if there was time travel
and somehow the "Dark Mel" seems very calm, making her "not as bad" as Cerise
we have to wait if "both Mels" decide to stay split, or both decide to merge, I am guessing that "light Mel" is semi-ethereal

I guess the wand needs some clothing to give your cloths a change to whatever it wants. Also, wow Mel got split in two.
