LOL! Well, that could explain some things.

My, how you forget the things you do to your toys.... and if they have a long memory, then they can get REVENGE later on in life...

Re: 15-10-10 Mrs. Wifflebottom (guest strip)
... why does present day Layla look better in this (guest) strip? Aside from the fact that she's running through her home in nothing but her undies, and a pair of socks... Something about the hair in this one... And I always got the impression that Blair wasn't all that interested with Nina being a budding girl... but maybe doing a bra raid wasn't so much about seeing her topless as much as just giving the both of them grief. The toplessness just being a perk after the fact.
Though this does raise the question, were the collectible postcards inspired by this, or is it just coincidence that someone sent in this strip, and that you have bra raid Blair as the four collectible postcards in the collecter's edition of the EC book print?
Also... 5 yr old Nina is so cuuuoote

Dave wrote the strip. Don't remember how we came up with the postcards idea. It's either one of us, or a combo of the two. Hard to know sometimes.WCRI wrote:Though this does raise the question, were the collectible postcards inspired by this, or is it just coincidence that someone sent in this strip.

It's not like Blair's penchant for pilfering unmentionables is a newly introduced character trait....
I swear I will, I'll make you smile.

*Stares at Kamino... raises right hand closed in a quasi-fist with the pointer extended, pointing upwards... and opens mouth to say something. Closes mouth. Frowns, and lowers hand.*
Never mind Kamino, never mind.

I like this strip in this art style. It is strangely appropriate. Not that I don't love the normal art style. It's just that whenever I see a guest strip I like it has to be really good as I tend to be bias against guest strips in general (there are a few different reasons, but I won't go into them here.) my point is, this is an excellent guest strip.

It was written with Mary Cagle in mind.

Okay, I loved this. Especially Blair's "Somebody please kill me" look in the first panel.
Start running.
