the "Chloe problem" is easier to solve than Ted's
Chloe just needs to find someone else, hopefully one that can resist whatever happens and survive while Ted has to find a GF that will feel like "I am his GF" while doing it
or simply, do it with Ted, who cares what happens to him


but in another perspective

the "Chloe problem" is harder to solve than Ted's
as she feels obligated not to do it with Ted by her own choice, and she might not want to do it with anyone else. and if she dies, then "the wish" would not have been fulfilled (if the promised GF can only be Chloe) and becomes null
