just like there is a difference between being intelligent(read books and facts, knowledge) and Smart(handling situations, innovation)

I don't think I've ever seen intelligence defined that way. Are you thinking of "knowledgeable"?

knowledgeable / learned vs. ignorant
intelligent / quick-witted vs. slow / dull
wise / understanding vs. foolish

While the presence of these aspects tend to be correlated with each other, it's possible to possess any combination of these to any degree. To see how they're related: Knowledge is how many ideas you already have, intelligence is your ability to synthesize new ideas, and wisdom is your ability to prioritize and evaluate ideas.

I googled a little deeper, and lot of people say intelligence is "capacity of how much they can learn"(how fast or how slow does not matter, is about potential of how much you can learn), knowledge is material learned, wise is knowing consequences, and deciding to avoid bad consequences, smart is more intuitive, is about knowing what acts or paths are more advantageous to your plan
