I seem to remember that the girls and boys gym classes aren't at the same time (Nina and Ace's are at different times, for sure, but that doesn't mean the classes are sex-segregated, for sure...but it suggests it), so that means there'll be one shower room open for him while the other boys are showering.

I'm beginning to feel as much misfortune for Ace as I am Ma3's Gary. Wow. The only way this could get worse for him is if people connect his behavior before the incidents of the Orb (the note he passed to Kade on Nina's behalf, wearing the sweater Nina made for him) as Ace privately wishing he was a girl to begin with. As it stands, I fully expect Ace to have a slumber party with Nina - who will fully believe she now has a new girl friend (notice the space there, everyone!) that's also her puppy at the same time. I kinda hope that for Ace's sake this gets fixed by the next chapter - and maybe throw the dog a bone and give him a romantic interest for at least a little bit.

Yes, that last pun was intentional. ;) Also, SO looking forwards to Magick Chicks!

Yay! GrAce stays for awhile! Should be interesting to see how s/he deals with things as they try and find a way to get things back to normal, plus Nina gets a puppy AND another female friend! Plus it would be QUITE interesting if Brooke suddenly developed an interest in the new, female Ace...

I remember that, when she was explaining the orb to her coven, Melissa was saying something like "the effect of the orb is only temporary", because she discovered the powers of the orb when it changed her female cat into a tom, which stayed changed only for a while.

Of course, that only says that, *for cats*, the effect is only temporary (so, if Kade had been affected, it wouldn't have caught). Who knows if for dogs (or canids) the effect is permanent...!

(And given Ace's run of luck, perhaps this might be the case )
