Moreover, I think this strip confirms that Alchemy doesn't have a split personality as s/he gender flips.

I might need to clarify. I was not trying to say that each gender has a new personality. I probably should have just said that it looks like Alchemy can swap between male or female at will. More on that, I was right in assuming that Alchemy is leaning/preferring female. And like I have said before I find her cute and I am enjoying this while it lasts.

Alchemy seems to be a loner, though, she seems very happy than anyone takes an interest in her, and not used to it. But I think it's perfectly understandable for an embodiment of death to not have many friends.
