I so hope that the orb has a feedback like effect on Blair. Blair as a girl for a week would be epic.

It's a plastic doll body he's in, not, so far as we know, by choice, which may, or may not, have anything resembling accurate depictions of sexual characteristics sculpted in. You have to be seriously pushing definitions to say he's a girl based on that.
I'm going to back out of this debate now, however. It's pushing up upon some real life issues that are very real for me, and others I know, so I'm just going to leave it, before I get overly invested.
