You are making stuff up. It's disturbing.
TBeholder wrote: I can't imagine Melissa doing it, especially given that even an attempt to make her a mind-controlled sex slave was not enough of a reason.
Yep. Totally making stuff up.
Yeah, I was thinking exactly the same thing. It is kind of interesting how much of that comes from thin air.
He should totally be writing a comic of his own as an outlet for these ideas.

So you got nothing to say on topic, and you cannot meaningfully (let alone with actual arguments) respond to my previous message either? Then what's the point of typing this valley-speak at all? You really feel "totally" self-important from playing a parrot? How pathetic is this?
Oh, wait. I didn't treat you as the cutest little thang you half-pretend to be (admittedly, your efforts don't extend far beyond the choice of the avatar), go weep into the mommy moderator's skirt again.

My point exactly. Now, back on topic:
Anastasia was cooking before Dakota interrupted her with all this stabbing. Did she start over, or it's so magicked up their fight didn't interrupt anything?.. And are there "just happen to be" enough cookies for all present?

Well she was probably making more than enough for one sitting. A few for now, save the rest. The whole batch should be enough for everyone. The real tell is the milk supply!
Let's see - she had just put them in when Dakota attacked her. So a couple minutes of fighting, Melissa's shower - did Tandy get a shower in? - then a few minutes of questioning. Actually, the cookies are probably just about ready now - depending on the particular recipe, there may be a few minutes of variation. Go, Ana, good internal cooking timer.
As to the phallic symbolism of the wand - wasn't that kind of a given? Witches using wands = women trying to use male (star)power - against MEN!!, hence the horrible sinfulness of it.
As to the mind rape - TBeholder never did cede his side of the argument. I, personally, fall into the "anything goes/no holds barred" competition camp to excuse Faith's abuse of her powers. That doesn't make it right, but it's more the school administration's fault than Faith's if she's been encouraged to be willfully cruel to opponents in these "exams". The school seems to have an "if the exam breaks you, you aren't worthy to be here" attitude.
As to Dakota using Mel as some kind of artillery piece - we don't really have any idea what Dakota had in mind. Dakota may just have wanted to remove Ana's influence, and then leave to let the wand take over as it had for her. Any interpretation could be thrown up with a roughly equal chance to be true, but I see TBeholder's as making Dakota rather more mercenary than anything else (so far) in the story would have her. It's also somewhat beside the point now as that plan has clearly fallen through.
Yeah, that's clearly what was happening. To anyone listening to the story it would seem obvious that Mel was immaculately conceived due to magic-fusion-dance shenanigans, but now it seems there's even more to the story. There might be another player in this drama.

Perhaps I'm just approaching my dotage but I have no idea what you are talking about. The only statement I recall vaguely using similar words was in EC, when I told iceman that TBeholder considers the "Nina is Lamia reborn and has to be kept from fully returning by never giving her blood" theory to be total "fanon wank" (and he's at least partially right about this, though there are nicer ways to express that...).
If that's not what you meant, please refrain from putting words in my mouth.
