I wonder how will Brooke react now that Ace is back to his attractive self but dating Nina.
I think Brooke would take Ace back if he asked her, but she wouldn't try to steal him from Nina (she has more pride than that). She will probably dismiss Nina as too childish to keep a relationship, and will think that Ace and Nina will break soon, but she won't make a move on her own/take the first step; she will wait for Ace to ask her, and maybe tease him for a time before giving him another chance.
And if Ace and Nina work well as a couple and go steady...she will probably feel a bit frustrated, but will try to not to show it.
Mel, on the other hand? Once she has solved her many Magical Girl/Princess of Darkness/Renegade Witch troubles, she will try to take whatever she fancies to take, Ace included, without regard for anything, probably starting a witch-vampire war.
