You're wrong, Teddy, it is your body. It's just that it is currently shaped like Chloe's body instead of being in its normal shape, but this isn't a mind-swap episode, it's still your manly boy-body. Oh the hypocrisy!

Lucretia is looking sadder and sadder... maybe this one-sided rivalry with Chloe is due to her being even worse at being a conventional demon than Chloe is?

I reckon it must be the latter or P would be less happy and more smug.
That said, I have another idea: it's the cumulative effect of Chloe continuing to use her "Tedd-ette" form so now her blood (in Teddy's body) thinks (s)he's supposed to be Teddy-shaped. Sorta.

First of all Chloe can make just about anything hot. 
However he looks at it Teddy should admit that.
Pandora is going to have fun with this no mater what.
