I suspect that any succubus sleeping with Teddy would be enough to damn his soul to Hell. The big demon boss that signed the contract didn't promise him any girl in particular, just "a girlfriend". I think that sleeping with Chloe would be faster (have sex, die, go to Hell) due to the symbols in their hands, but sleeping with Pandora would eventually damn him too (he may get to wait and die on his own instead of instantly dying, but he would eventually be judged a property of Hell).
