Is Arman and his arm distinct entities? Will only the ony the one touching the (%) transform, or both of them?

Poor Arman if only he transform and "his" hand stay "normal"...

Not really likely - ESPECIALLY if that's what Blair's attempting to do.

No, whatever he's attempting to do - either change himself, or make all the dudes into girls - it's going to go very wrong and most likely flip everyone.

And, best case (for the audience), in his case, it'll swap his gender identity, but leave his body alone (being, as it is, a plastic doll), so, since his (well, her) gender identity and physical appearance finally match, she'll fight any attempts to undo the gender bending.

Kade is almost definite, as was mentioned earlier. Melissa talking about how it's at least not permanent for cats pretty much paints a big target on his chest.
