Yeah, that's a Rammstein quote on her shirt, alright.
So, Tia Darkness is adopting (half of) Team Dumbass in a game of one-upmanship against Nina? ... This could get interesting. If for no other reason that we'll get to see whether she can boss them around or will learn a little bit of humility.
By the way, is it me, or does Nina look uncharacteristically evil in the fourth panel?
Also: please note Blair blowing Tia a little kiss... =_= The little freak must be hoping she'll make more mammary adjustments while she's around...

Eh, Tia doesn't want Nina to win over her in any way, so cute.
