Cedric was a throwaway character. You know it because Rowling didn't really give him any distinguishing features, unlike almost every other character in her world.

There really aren't any people like that in this comic. All the named characters are really distinct (thank God).

And I think Ace is super cute in a born-to-bottom-submissive way.
