No, I'm pretty sure she doesn't care at all.

She's not insecure enough to be bothered by a little high-school groping.
I bet being a vampire helps in taking the long view on things.
I also think that she takes a different perspective then the typical teenage girl on what Kade is to her. She treats him kind of like a pleasing distraction, a good-looking minion whom she is happy to have hang about as long he willingly dotes on her without getting too annoying. A pet she can snog with from time to time. She certainly doesn't act like a typical teenage girl, as if the end all be all of her existence is defined soully as her precious Boyfriend.

Layla's dominance is based on "playing hard to get". It's hard to play hard to get while being easy to get. I think, though that she punishes the girls who trespass by letting them, and then yanking him away.
