Jaqui seems seriously enamored in Kade, Mel is just cool and calculating (but obviously also after Kade), and Cerise... She seems like the "nice" girl of the bunch, who is actually offended at Kade's antics. Mayhaps she will later become a turncoat...

By the way, kudos to (I think it was) Kamino Neko fpr calling blue-haired girl's attraction to Kade (back when Ace had to give the note to Kade).

The one big flaw in the plan I can see is getting a guy to successfully hit on Layla. Or, well, appear to have successfully hit on Layla.

Maybe that's why she ignores Kade's infidelity, because no other boy wants to get near her. Kade could do better, he'd probably be better off with a member of the coven. If anything, I hope this arc introduces a new male character. If for any reason, just to give Ace a break......provided that no one asks him to the dance.

I wonder if anyone(besides Nina) will ask him to the dance? And if Nina asks him, for god's sake I hope he says no.

What would be awesome is if their plan totally fails because Kade doesn't care if she kisses someone else, just if she dates them or takes them seriously. In fact, it would be funny if it backfired and made Kade want to be with Layla MORE...

See, this my OTP of the comic so far, so I'm hoping it will really be on again off again 'I have eyes for no one but you' something like that. Unless Layla really gets double standards shoved into their relationship I still ship it. I'm hoping Hellrune just doesn't know a thing about Layla herself xD

Yep, that was me. Interestingly, she filled the same role in my comment back then that she's filling in this strip - evidence (proof, here, but simple evidence, there) that Layla's not the jealous type.
