I'd have to say that Cerise is intentionally choosing outfits that work for Skye, and outfits that don't work for Callie. She's simultaneously making Callie jealous and seeing how much Callie is willing to change for her.

The whole thing is part test of how easily Callie can be controlled, and part training for her to obey Cerise.

Cerise, please...what Callie needs is practical. You never know when you're going to run into a rogue Sith, a Vampire, a Werewolf, a Chupacabra, or even a rampant Yuki.

And I'll add that Cerise is getting a lot of negative reviews of her outfit, but if you have enough self confidence or an ego as big as Cerise's it doesn't matter. She thinks and acts like she's the coolest person of all and it's enough to keep girls with insecurity like Callista and Skye in line. Now if Faith, Melanie, or Layla were around to mock Cerise's look the spell would be broken.

Am I alone in thinking the last outfit Cerise picked for Callista looks a little like Mel's Magical Maid?

Obviously what Cerise is doing is that she's bought into the "Pick Up Artist" bullshit and is working Callie by systematically attacking her self-confidence. Cerise figures if she wrecks Callie's self worth, Callie will do anything for her once broken down. Pretty loathsome stuff there.
