I'm not. The regular Chloe may be a bit dull compared to Layla or Brooke, but the ruthless narcissism of E-Chloe is just obnoxious (not to mention, you know, psychopathic). the gist of it is that people tend to believe that objects retain some sort of essential aspect of the people they come into contact with, or events that they are a part of. in that sense, placing an added value on a piece of cloth that's come into contact with a woman's genitals is much the same as valuing a photograph that has been written on by a celebrity.

of course, that's just one of several explanations for this behavior. such as the aforementioned smell of the poontang, as yira helpfully pointed out.
