Maybe one day you'll misplace a call to the wrong goddess because of that. :P

Well, this is geting completely out of control! :ymdevil: :ymdevil: :ymdevil:

(brief digression: a guy I used to work for observed that in any large organization, corporate, government, or whatever, there are situations that are obviously very serious and require immediate action - someone proposes a course of action and the organization makes a decision based on the logic "we have to do something; this is something; we'll do it")

So, this is something and I'm going to do it!!!!

There was this guy, a scientist, who was studying the process of aging. He found that, in porpoises, he could completely stop the aging process by feeding them a special diet, a major component of which was juvenal seagulls. The porpoises were housed in a special building guarded by several aged lions. These lions were very old and tired and would rarely so much as raise their heads when visitors came or went, but they looked ferocious so they were effective as guardians. Every day the food for the porpoises was brought in, carried over the lions, and fed to the porpoises. Everything was going just fine until they were all arrested for violating the Mann Act. They were transporting young gulls across staid lions for immortal porpoises.

(For anyone who doesn't know: The Mann Act is a US federal law prohibiting the transportation of a minor (anyone under 18) across state lines for immoral (typically sexual) purposes.)

In college I encountered an interesting type of "pun battle" to determine who could claim to be "top pun": One person would start by saying "If I make the last pun, I will have won." The other would reply by making a pun on the number 2. It's easy at the start, but how many puns have you heard on, say, 13? I still regret missing the pun contest which ended somewhere in the twenties. :-o

I have the compensation of remembering an informal contest with a young woman who had started college as a forestry major. One of us made a 'tree' pun, and the battle was on. We went through all the easy ones (leaf, bark, branch, root, etc.) and kept right on, until I accused her of "interrupting the phloem of the conversation" and she replied that I "should be put in a xylem". We then agreed to call it a tie.

I can so see where this is going
everyone's already thinking it, but I'll go ahead and say it anyway
Chloe is going to use her contact with Blair to turn Layla into a boy!
Unless something happens to interupt that plan
either way, SOMEONE around here is going to get his or her gender switched

That may not be possible. I've asked for a ruling from Above, but let us face it, the curse seems to be capable of only passing between the cursed and a guy. It can go from Ace to Kade, but not Ace to Layla. That means it can go from Kade to Diodore.

Now. . .it may be that Chloe thinks that she can turn Layla into a guy by having her kiss Kade, but that could backfire, she kisses Dio and turns Dio into a girl.
