A slightly more serious (if that's the right word) speculation, Ace and Kade hook up at the end of this arc leaving a confuzzled/hurt Mina and a positively furious Layla-in-Nina.

Which, go out with Brooke or go out with Blair? For the latter I agree. For the former I think she would be willing to accept it under certain circumstances, but would not consider it to be a "real" relationship.

But that was out of convenience only, wasn't it? Unless I'm mistaken, Layla is at least attached to Kade. I'm not sure it's true-blue love on her part, but she does seem to prefer him over all the other available males, and she seemed sincerely upset when they temporarily broke up.
